Fazem mais de 3 anos que não entro aqui, é engraçado como em tão pouco tempo minha vida mudou tanto, eu engordei, emagreci, comecei ah trabalhar, engordei dnovo, engravidei,...
Criei esse blog para ajudar na minha RA, coisa que não sigo ah uns 2 anos... Olho minhas fotos antigas e penso: Com não aproveitei esse corpinho???
Agora que decidi voltar a me exercitar (em casa) e ah me alimentar melhor, vou postar algumas coisinhas por aqui, nada muito grande, mas pretendo aproveitar que vivo online pra compartilhar um pouco da minha rotina.
Minha meta é chegar aos 58kg, eu estava pesando 66kg antes de engravidar e agora estou pesando 69,8.
Amanhã vou fazer uma feira de frutas e verduras... Também vou baixar algum video de 30min de aerobica... Vamos ver no que vai dar.
